Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged product, you must record a video unboxing the package to serve as proof of the damage. Refunds for damaged products will only be considered if a video is provided at the time of the claim. Without video evidence, we cannot process your refund.

Condition of Product: Please ensure the product is in its original condition when requesting a refund. Products that show signs of damage or wear will not be eligible for a refund.
